Pills or liquid? Both are good to go, keep dose at 50ed, don't go over. Take something fro your liver too. Start taking it 2 weeks before you start your cycle and keep on it for 2 weeks after.

so its good that way in either presentation (liquid or tabs--- or powder for that matter)

I have always taken it via oral administration, frequent injections are just a pain in my ass no pun, lol.
