Options to get from a gas station

I am always on the go with work and I would like to hear some opinions on what I can get from a gas station. A lot of times we only have a couple minutes to stop at the gas station, run in there and get something to eat along the route. What would be a good healthy option that I can get that won't interfere with my bodybuilding?
