Optimum dosage for test & deca?

[FONT=&quot]Wanted to get some input on what you guys thought was a good weekly dosage of Deca and Test. I want to know the minimum amount of Deca to take a week and still receive decent gains. I am just so damn reluctant to take the Deca because it gives me anxiety so bad.[/FONT]

that would depend on your stats, goals and compound experience????? you cant be so vague and expect anything less than an ever vaguer response...

i think a deca cycle should feature deca. let it work its magic

keep the test dose trt dose or lower. and then add proviron

Deca will give you anxiety regardless of the dosage if you are prone to it. I recommend trying a different compound.
