Its been a staple of my diet for years. Im not a big fan of seafood so when I fancy a a change from Chicken and Tuna I like some Turkey mince, usually as chilli with kidney beans, corn and long grain rice. I can quite easily shovel back 3-400gs a serving. The stuff tastes pretty good the next day too, as far as microwave foods go.
What the experts opinions on this. Any recipes you like to use or anything?
