This diet is intense. Has anyone else here tried this without T-3? I'm not a big fan of T-3 at all. Why is T-3 necessary for this diet? Do your thyroid levels get that low to where T-3 is mandatory?

Won't leptin levels drop, thus retarding thyroid output of T3? Could be wrong.
