What could have been a high-speed police pursuit in Visalia, Calif., was stopped by On-Star remotely shutting down a stolen vehicle.

wait til we start getting this on cell phones. someone steals your cell phone - call it in and remotely turn the phone (not the sim) off forever! CAn never be used again til you call back and reactivate it!
