ive build a stable base of strength with 5x5 and with my schedule working 36 hours in the hospital and going to class i simply cannot recover enough to continue.. but anyways i havent built quite the mass ive liked and am trying Hypertrophy Specific Training (HST).. (before you say stick with 5x5 ive been doing it a solid year and am completely burnt out, i've progressed to the 1x5 range and simply cant force myself to eat enough)
heres what im using for my HST routine which will be mon wed fri with 15 10 5 rep ranges:
Squat
Bench
Pendlay Row
Overhead Press
Deadlift
BB curls
Tricep Pushdowns
Calf Raises
all 1x10
could anyone tell me if this is a BALANCED workout?
