One shot a week or split it ???

What ester is it? Test e and test c I split 2x per week.

if you are doing a short cycle do twice a week. if you are on long term then once a week is plenty

Sorry I forgot to mention I have Test E! Thanks for the replies though guys! I will probably split M-Thurs but can I get away with one shot a week?

Test what? Depends on what your using.

I find split doses to work better keeping blood levels stable so you don’t get the roller coaster effect.
