I saw results in 5 days- harder muscles and veins starting to pop out. After 2-3 weeks I got noticably leaner and stronger. After 7 weeks I am definitely bigger a lot of people have said stuff in the gym. I've lost almost 3% B.F and gained almost 10 lbs muscle in 7 weeks. I've been on 10 mg and sometimes as high as 15, but I am going to drop back down to 5 for the duration (about 4 weeks) because I don't really want any more size. I eat a lot of protein 225- 250 grams / day and my diet is clean 95% of the time.(I weigh 150)
