Hearing people say 16 week cycles or 12 week cycles, some people cruising on 250mg a week for life, for me I've gone from test/tren/mast 12 weeks then on to eq/tren, which messed my head up, I then am was going to come down using sust, but been getting the best lean results so have not come off, nuts ok, sex drive off the wall, no hair loss etc, I am up to 750mg - 1g every 5 day lean muscle look but taking this much sureIy I should be massive, i am a little emotional and a bit angry, but always been that way. Should I start preparing pct or all the time things are ok just keep taking? Wouldn't mind adding a bit of deca or hgh
 
A lot of guys forget that the more you use and longer you stay on, the returns diminish. That same 500mg of steroids hits you harder the first 3 weeks when your receptors are clean. Down the line 16 weeks and over, you just don't get the same gains.

The trick has always been to hit hard, gain much - PCT properly and keep as much as you can. Stay off to clear receptors and hit hard again.

You see better gains and save more money than just staying on a high dose year round.


Guys on 250mg per week of TRT are just getting enough for functions. TRT feels awesome the first 90 days since your AR were not being stimulated due to the low-T, but once you have been pushing you feel more "normal" after a while.

Plenty of journals/ studies will state receptors are consistently refreshing. I rarely come off. And when I do its for overall health.
More muscles means more
Myonuclei means more receptors.
If you're building muscle consistently or fairly- you don't need to "refresh"
Your receptors.


I'm almost always on test. Once or twice a year I come off run some HCG Nolva some other goodies and relax for a few months of captain natty life.

That is interesting bro. So you come off a couple of times per year for health benefits. Overall what do you find is the most beneficial thing about coming off for a few months a couple of times per year the way you do?
 
I get a little paranoid regarding kidney function and the stress associated with how I usually train/live after extended use.
We all know this isn't a game of health/ it's not like I'm running a ml of cyp a week haha.

I sleep better when I'm off- my apnea usually subsides- I eat more intuitively and have less issues with excessive hunger or prolonged lack of appetite.

As far as benefits - I can't honestly say one part of a cycle is better then another- when everything gets turned up- or I come back on from pct the rare time it may appear that I'm making better results but we all know this is just the gear taking hold- partially muscle memory- etc.
But week 7 and week 18 have the same result to me as long as I'm adjusting my diet and training accordingly
 
And to be honest I prefer cruise and blast because there's no real lag in regards to the compounds kicking in.
I go from 1ml of test every 9 days to a gram a week and add I some other compounds etc. Run those for about 10-16 weeks depending and taper down my test after holding at a gram solely for a few weeks.

But what I do firmly believe is this is a highly personified game.
Every approach is different every feeling is different- I can tell you how to peel an orange but that doesn't mean it works better for you in comparison to your way.

Some people are carb dependant some not so much - believe it or now how we react to gear is an inherited trait as well-

Too many variables- but I like to think I do what's optimal for me.

Very good info bro.

For that very same reason I personally try to use as little compounds as possible to keep aesthetics and performance I strive. Too much stress in our body already with the environment to add more in the way of prolonged steroid use.
