Ok, bulking at 188lb on test and EQ and dbol.
This is my diet, I can'ät eat a lot of food on the day due to my job, so most of the food goes down during the night.
breakfast
80g cars from oatmeal
50g protein from fish and proteinpowder
15g fat
meal 2
20g whey protein, 20g casein protein, 10g fat
meal 3: 80g carbs from rice, 10g fat, 40g protein from fish or
meal 4: 20g whey protein, 20g casein protein, 10g fat
Meal 5( 30-40 minutes pre workout): 20g carbs, 30g protein, 5g fat
Meal 6(post workout): 70g dextros, 40g Whey, 10g creatine, 15g glutamine, c-vit, 400mg ALA
Meal 7(8)(1 hour after post wokroutdrink)
110g carbs from rice, bread and oatmeal
50g protein from fish, whey/egg/casein proteinpowder
15g fat
Meal 8(10 in the evening): 75g carbs from oatmeal and some bread, 40g protein from fish and some casein/whey protein
Meal 9(before bed at 11): 30g more protein from fish, 5g fat
Last 2 meal makes up to 70g protyein from fish and powders only(mostly fish all day and meat, some powders), and from that I have not even counted in the protein in the oatmeal and rice and bread, never do..
Does this look ok?
