I am 5'10.5" and I weigh 185-190. I have a cheap bodyfat scale where you enter your height and weight and it says i am 18% bodyfat...
I have been on cycle for almost two weeks and have gained about 7 pounds so far, my question is...
I would like to get to 210 from this cycle but I want to get my bodyfat down to 10% is this possible. I am cutting all the bad foods out and eating tuna and the likes, will there be too much of a colrie deficit while on this clean diet to gain weight?
