hey everyone, I am on...
500 mg test enanthate a week
250 mg deca a week
dbol 30 mg every day for 3 weeks

I am 5'10.5" and I weigh 185-190. I have a cheap bodyfat scale where you enter your height and weight and it says i am 18% bodyfat...
I have been on cycle for almost two weeks and have gained about 7 pounds so far, my question is...
I would like to get to 210 from this cycle but I want to get my bodyfat down to 10% is this possible. I am cutting all the bad foods out and eating tuna and the likes, will there be too much of a colrie deficit while on this clean diet to gain weight?

This cycle is close to what I'm starting next month. Keep in mind that I'm 5 ft. 7 inch. and my starting weight should be about 210 lbs. I don't know how easy you put on weight??? Here is what I'm eating:

6:30 am -
6 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 1/2 cup oatmeal, and one fruit

9 pm -
Two scoops whey protein, 1/2 cup oats, one tbs. peanut butter, and one fruit

12 pm -
8 ounces lean meat, one cup green vegetable, and one cup brown rice

3 pm -
Two scoops whey protein, 1/2 cup oatmeal, and one fruit

6 pm -
Two scoops whey protein with Gatorade

8 pm -
8 ounces lean meat, one cup green vegetable, and one cup brown rice

11 pm to 12 pm -
6 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 1/2 cup oatmeal, and one fruit

Calories - 4028
Grams Protein - 393
Grams Carbohydrates - 396
Grams Fat - 82
 
im 4 weeks into a test E turinabol cycle gained 8 solid pounds ...... im layin low on the saturated fats and NO trans fats.......u shud try not worrying about calories as long as there not empty and full of nutrients that you nned!,,, and watch ur saturated fat intake and sodium intake and u shud be fine gaining clean and getting lean it works damn good for me so far no fat gain im even more lean then when i started

930 am
15 egg whites, one cup oatmeal, bananam 25 grams whey protein, 1 tbs udos oil blend

1230 pm
two slices flax bread with 2, 6 ounce chikcen breasts, one orange or any fruit, 1/8 cup almonds

330 pm
half cup oatmeal, turkey breast or tuna. one stock of broccoli, 25 grams whey protein

430pm pre workout
one slice flax bread with peanut butter and jam, and banana, 1/8 cup almonds

700pm immediately post workout
50 grams whey protein and 5 grams bcaa powder, one slice sour dough or any simple carb i get my hands on, vit c capsule

800pm
chicken or tuna 10 oz, one cup veggies.

1000pm
plain yogurt low fat with blueberries and almonds

11pm pre bedtime
25 grams casien protein omega 3 fatty acids
