Do I need to train everyday or can I stick to my 4x week?
Today is my rest day and I kinda feel as though I am wasting it sitting here?? Sounds stupid huh?
Problem is I trained with PT last night and we did upper body a good overall blast - whereas normally I would isolate ..and my legs are still real sore from the day before so unless I go blitz my abs and do some cardio I'm a bit stuck.
