What is the visual difference in the amps between the real ones and the ones in that picture? They look very similar

looks like REAL RUSSIAN OMNADREN. Jelfa is producing these omnas for russian market. I can see the insert in russian also. I have never seen fake russian omnadren and I seriously doubt that someone is interested in producing fake russian omnas because pink omnas are much more popular.
