So you're saying peanut butter is mostly OMEGA-6 and missing OMEGA-3 and OMEGA-9 right? If so, I guess it would be good to replace some of PB in the diet with Fish Oil (OMEGA-3) rather than Flaxseed Oil which contains all 3 omega types ?

You're right, flax does contain all three, but as you can see below, it's still has a high ratio of Omega-3's. Flax Oil (per serving): Omega-3 6200mg Omega-6 1810mg Omega-9 2040mg Flax is also a much cheeper alternative to fish oil.

It's high in Omega 3s but fairly low in the 6s, I don't usually supplement flax when I do the ANPB diet b/c you get a lot of the ANPB but when eating once or twice a day it would not fulfill your daily EFA requirement (recommendation).
