I have been interested in trying this for a while, 1 large meal per day probably around 5 or 6pm. it is called OMAD and guys like Mike Rashid and I know RickV/steve on the podcast also talk about it. I've been doing it for 2 months and so far I went from 20% to 15% body fat, i've never been this lean in my life. always a fat kid. what are the biggest shortcomings of doing it and why doesn't everyone do this diet ?
