I have seen it all now.
In line at the grocery store, I spot on the cover of 'Self' Magazine, "Look fitter fast: a 48 hour step-by-step plan to tone your butt, legs, arms and abs"
I often pick these types of asinine articles up to breeze thru while in the store b/c:
1. For a laugh
2. To see what the latest absurd fitness scheme is (Gotta stay on top of this stuff to keep students in my fitness classes informed of the TRUTH)
3. To see what fitness celebrity moron (such as Denis Austin) is being quoted.
Well, I flip to said article & see this:
"Clean and JerK (works the whole body) Place weights (or a weighted bar) on the ground in front of you. Bend knees, tighten abs, pick up weights and smoothly lift to shouldrers. Then straighten to lift weights overhead. Reverse entire move and repeat."
When the db gets home & helps me navigate the horrendous imaging software he's got loaded on here, I may scan the little sketch to post.
