I was doing a high protien/low carb diet for about 5 months and saw no changes. I was hoping to lose fat, gain muscle, and overall, eat healthier. I stopped the diet b/c I just wasn't feeling right. Now that I have stopped this diet, I have lost 13lbs. I now eat 5-6 small meals a day and drink a lot of water. I am getting ready to start a high volume high intensity weight lifting program again. I would like some ideas on the type of diet I should follow. I still need to shed a bit of fat off my midsection. Thanks in advance for the advice.
