OK who is Norah Jones and how much dick did she suck to get all those grammy's?

I have never heard of nor seen this girl before in my life and she came away with 8 grammy's, not that I watched the show or care, but I'm just making conversation.

I do think it's pretty funny however how out of the thousands of artists out there, so few can be nominated, and so many of the few can be nominated for so many categories.

I saw in the fine print at the end of the show that there are like 13,000 members of a commitee who vote for the winnners. I would like to know who the hell these people are and if any of them are under the age of 40. Nora Jones pisses me off and I've only heard that one song of hers.
