OK...time for the beginning of the year stats thread

BW: 182lbs (Down from 195lbs broke my elbow sack)
BF%: 7%

8 weeks after desired:

BW: 186lbs
BF%: 4.5%

So, need to gain about 4.37lbs muscle and lose 4.37lbs fat in 8 weeks. Looks doable. :)

currently 230 -232 lbs @ about 12 % - i have no clue. 8 weeks i want to be about 240lbs with little or no fat gain. cool thread :) btw, 5'11''

5'10 - 202 pounds

4 weeks left into my cutting plan that started 6 weeks ago.

Currently on 75mg winny ed starting from 1/19 and lasting about 4 weeks.

Looking to get down to 195 or so then add some more quality muscle before going on another cutting plan to get me completely shredded.

Pretty lean at the moment and abs are visible even throughout the day after having several meals in me.

Strength is down some though but I look to get it back up once this cutting plan is over. Might even increase because of the addition of winny in the mix.

- 115's for 8 on incline dumbell presses just done yesterday.
- 4 plates a side on hammer strength decline bench for 8 as well.
- 315 parallel squat for 14
- 120's for one arm dumbell rows for 9
- 12 reps for wide grip chin-ups
- 405 deadlift for 6 last done
- 60's each hand for alternating dumbell curls done after training Back
- Dips with 75 pounds strapped on for 8 after first 2 chest exercises

Almost able to do a full split and straddle like I used to. Overall speed and accuracy and conditioning has definately improved.

Excellent strength stats. on above lifts.If you can increase them with winny and still keep your joints and tendons strong, you'll be rocking.

The combination of explosive power, speed and accuracy, and flexibility produces ultimate fighters!

I can do a front kick or roundhouse @7feet which is 1 foot over my head and I,m working on the splits every other day, still have a bit to go, but I know I'll reach my goal eventually.

Thx bro. I actually was much stronger this Summer believe it or not but I was on more shit(fina and test) and I was weighing about 220-225. I don't care though because right now I'm definately more conditioned and flexible and in much better overall shape while still being pretty strong.

15.25" arms (don't laugh, just started specifically training them again last year)

49" chest

25" thighs 15.5" calves

Goal: 205lbs. 16" arms/calves 50" chest and 26.5" thighs

Looking really jacked up my man! Still fairly lean too I see. It's good to have guys like you around bro in a sense that you have a really good physique but you also train for power as well. There are far too many juicers who are really big and muscular but not at all strong whatsoever.

thanks, function and looks are good. Hopefully will have a new deadlift video soon, the last one got erased but I just started deadlifting again and pulled 495 for 10 today, so hopefully can shoot a better video before I come off

Hang Clean 225X5
Bench 295X3

in 8 weeks
6'2 280-285...leaner
Squat 500X3
Hang clean 245X5
Bench 305X3

I would be happy with this...
 
Currently 6'1" 230 Goal for me is 240 in less than 8 weeks, about 6.5 now, with same body fat, just under 15%, and then I am going to start my cutter, and hope to end up at about 225 with around 8% bf.

goal (in 8 wks): 10%bf, maintain muscle mass.

i need to drop 9lbs of fat in 8 wks.

Is that even realistic? 24lbs with a 2% reduction in BF??? Nevermind, I just saw the height increase, lol.
 
Right now I'm 5'8" 185 at about 14% bodyfat with 16.5" arms. By the end of the year i would like to be 200lbs with lower bodyfat. I know it's definitely possible if I just finally get my diet completely in check.
 
Oh and the stats i wanna be in 8 weeks I don't really know because I'll be in boot camp. I didn't read the whole original post lol.
 
current stats:

6', 228lbs, 12-13% bf, arms 17 3/4 L, 18 R

8 week goal is:

233lbs at same or better bf % with specific attention to growing legs

currently off all helpers except creatine and just started DC's workout program. I figure 8 weeks should be enough time to see if the program is for me. If results are good then no new cycle until May.

5'11, 202 lbs. Bf approx 8 percent. Goal: 210 6 percent bodyfat. I don't want to get much bigger than 210 or 215 or so...

Yeah, it's really been a gruelling diet. But the best part is, I've been able to lose it without doing any cardio. I started to do cardio but after day 3 or so I just didn't feel comfortable with it. So I was determined to lose the fat through dieting. I'm hoping to hit about 7% BF by the time this diet is through in 6 weeks. Then I'll get some pics up.
 
6'1 242 bf is around 12%

1 1/2 weeks into a bulking cycle need to be 260 or above by week 12 of this cycle. I will cut it down bf wise to 250 and sit on that and try to tighten it up a bit.

2003 was a tough year, had meningitis and lost most of my hard earned muscle.
I am currently carrying too much bf.
This will be the year for me. Muscle memory and hard work will make this be the best year ever for results.

6'3" 231 about 11% (guess)

8 weeks:
option 1: 215 at 6%
or
option 2: 245 at the same bf%
I need to decide fast and get my shit together or I will look the same as I do now...
 
I'm fat as hell...holidays and girlfreind...lets see.....6", 210, 18%...getting ready for a nice cycle in Feburary, if i can only stop getting sick..

No plans for spring break in terms of body changes but by the end of this year, want to be 255+ with 6-7% bodyfat.

Don't really care about strength goals.
 
right now: 6'1, 232lbs, 12-15% bf.

going to start cutting in March, as well as begin a cycle.

goal is to get to below 10% bodyfat....8% would be nice. and hoepfully gain some lean mass along the way.

that would mean dropping 18lbs of fat, and I'm basically going to continue dieting until I get there. hopefully not longer than 12 weeks.

In 8 weeks I would like to be 210 lbs. with no more than 1% gain in bodyfat. This should be possible when I go back on creatine after 4 more weeks, increase AS doses, and lift more frequently.

started comp diet 4 weeks ago
lost 2 lbs bf, gained 1lb lmass last couple weeks
(had surgery, lost a lot of muscle over holidays)

8 weeks from now:

127-130 lbs @ 10-12%
- we will see...

Competed last year at Jr. Natls - placed 9th in MW. Had a fantastic time and got to stand next
to my brother's girlfriend on stage. That's what its all about - having fun! Take care.

Currently: 5 '11/229lbs/14%bf

I'm going to continue to eat on gain as much size as I can until mid April when I'm going to start my EQ/Var cutting cycle. Goals for my cycle are to get my bf down to single digits while amitaing as much size and stregth as possible. Can't wait to start.:p

i hope to be around 220 lbs at the end of the cycle

In 8 weeks I would like to drop my b.f down to 10% and weigh some where around 245-250 thenb start my next cycle of fina and test.

goal - 218 @ 12% if possible. If that is too much for my body to handle then 240 @ 19%.

My primary goal is to lose weight in such a way that i maintaining the loss is low maintenance. I dont know where my priorities will be in a year so i want the maintenance phase to be as low maintenance as i can and i think pushing my body too far into thinness could fuck that up.

I am hoping to restart dieting in a few weeks again. I got my pharmacology/cardio/diet plans already worked out.

Tired of bulking and then cutting every fall/spring. I just wanna stay under 10% and gain lean mass. Assisted of coarse :)
