OK, how does that look. The only thing I might change is where, there are two days off, I might throw one of them out. Like make day seven and fourteen not an off day, but start the Chest, Shoulders, ect ect over again.

Looks great. The stretching is important, and sometimes harder than the workout to do (it's painful). I assume you knew that because I dunno why you'd list it in the routine anyway.

The only thing I would change is when you do deadlifts for back thickness, I personally do partial deads (in a power rack), because you don't want to be working the legs again.

Are you going to be following his diet plan too? That's also an important part of the equation :)

No I'm not going to be following his diet program. I've got my own bulking diet that I use and its worked flawlessly with any program I've ever done. I remember you said you just smacked 200. Are you using his diet program? I've actually weighed in the 211-214 range before, which I think is pretty good considering I'm only 5 foot 7. That was a few years ago though, before I broke my neck. I've just now gotten back into doing compound lifts, since it was very difficult for me to figure out whether I'd hurt myself or not. Regardless, I whole-heartedly agree with his not consuming carbs after 6 or 7. I consume most of mine during the day, with trace at night, I've always done it that way, it just makes sense. I'm gaining about 4.5-5.0 pounds or so in a week right now. Most Im' assuming is the massive quatities of food I process, I'm like a factory, and its muscle memory from a long long time ago. How tall are you Debaser?

I thought I'd add something. DC's training is not new to me. I've read about it since the very first time it was put up on Animals board. I think I caught it right into the third or fourth page. And just kept looking at it everyday for a month or so reading each new page as it came up. I know about the stretching, I do it now with what I do. It works very well. I do have to be careful with the chest ones though, as my shoulder likes to come out very easily.

I'm a bit over 6'0". Yeah I realize I'm not that big, but that's pretty good for starting at 170 :)

As long as you know how to eat boatloads of food with a big protein emphasis...some people just don't know how to eat enough. It sounds like you do though, so good luck and keep us updated, it looks like several others are starting it up too...

I never intended to start it now though. When I believe I'm completely clean from this cycle after its over. Probably at the end of March. THEN, I'll start the program. I'm under the firm belief that to fully evaluate a program for myself it must be done while I'm clean. As I won't really know how well it works while under the influence of AAS. It will also give me a good recovery plan after this run is over. I firmly believe you should adjust to a routine after the cycle is over that will provide the most recovery possible, and limits volume. This appears to do just that. I appreciate the comments and I believe this will be very interesting over end of spring beginning of summer.

Actually I take that back. Its possible for me to go ahead and start this if my gains plain off, but right now I'm going up 4.5-5.0 pounds a week, and I think I'm doing very well. HOWEVER, if things start to plain off and I get sick of my routine, this will be what I would switch to. Regardless whether I go to it anytime soon, I WILL DEFINETILY be using it when I get off after post cycle therapy as I need something to provide tons of recovery, and this totally looks to be it.
