Ok, my customs letter was sealed with tape?

My source resent the order also, before I knew i had recieved customs letter. If this order gets seized, will customs be as nice and just send me another customs letter and not cops to my house, because I could really care less about the gear. its only $150 . I would just consider it a lost and stick with domestic.

Sorry to say, but if I were you, I would be expecting a visit from the local authority. I was in the same situation last year. I received a letter from customs and ignored it. A few months later another order was placed to the same address, and I never received anything again. I was getting ready for work one morning when 2 cops came knocking at my door and started asking questions.
When are you people going to realize that ordering AS through the mail is plain stupidity? You're just asking for trouble. I told the cops that I had no idea what they were talking about, so they left. I think they were under the impression that I would be intimidated by them and tell them what they wanted to hear. Yeah, sure....
Of course they cant do anything unless they organize a "controlled" delivery where an agent will pose as your mail man and knock at your door and ask for your signature for the package. As soon as you sign it, your FUCKED! This actually happened to a friend of mine. Agents burst into his house after he signed for the package and started asking him tons of questions. They made him sign some papers, but amazingly he was never arrested. But hell, I would not want to be in his shoes!
