k, so I re-did this diet. I took you advice and added calories and stuff. For those of you who don’t remem. Im 18, 150lbs. 10-12%bf (maybe a little higher now.) My Goal is to gain lean muscle.

Meal 1-764 calories,17.9 fat, 67.6 carbs, 82 protein.
-Isopure Shake
-6 eggwhites w/2yokes
-1 cup oatmeal
-Grapejuice (creatine)
-Flaxseed Pill

Meal 2- 488 calories, 8.1 fat, 27.5 carbs, 42.6 protein
-1 can tuna
-1 Bananna
-1 Plain Bagel

Meal 3- 500 calories, 10.2 fat, 24 carbs, 72.8 protein
-1/2lb grilled chkn breast
-2 slice whole wheat

Meal 4 (pre-workout)-270 calories, 4 fat, 42 carbs, 14 protein
-Grapejuice(creatine)
-1 SERVING tuna
-Flaxseed Pill

Meal 5- 877 calories, 14 fat, 104 carbs, 78 protein
-Rest of Tuna from before meal
-Isopure shake
-Grapejuice (creatine)
-1tblspn PB
-1 cup brown rice
-1 sweet potatoe

Meal 6- 486 calories, 8.2 fat, 27.9 carbs, 70.5 protein
-1/2 lb grilled chkn
-sweet potatoe

Meal 7- 190 calories, 7.4 fat, 10 carbs, 24.7 protein
-6eggwhites w/1 yoke

Grand Totals-3576 calories, 70 fat, 279 carbs, 383 protein (too much?????)

I think you are overdoing the calories too much for your bodyweight.
Go the 21 x LBS = daily cal intake

For you thatd be= 3150cals.

During bulking , be more c reative with the foods. You have many more options than what you are giving yourself. Don't worry that much with the calories, have fun. You can cut later. I mean, tuna and banana?:eek:
