Ok, amateur starting a workout routine.

this is day 1. i'll periodically post pictures to chart progress using these as my before pics. i haven't been on a regular workout routine in over three years, and even then it was a very basic routine, with a lot of newbie mistakes.

ive been in the gym a few times here and then, but never more than 3-4 days since about july of 2005.

not a single reply -.-, i guess once ive made some progress i'll check back in.

i think i have an idea of what i need to work on anyways.
 
im 6' and i'm about 184ish. my weight seems to change daily since i changed my diet.

i'd like to put up a little, get to 200+ nothing spectacular, just get in good shape and a larger build.

fixing up some of the proportion issues from my old workout a few years back. i was a chest/back/biceps guy, so everything else looks underdeveloped in comparison so i'd just like to clean up my appearance.
