I ABSOLUTELY HATE YOGURT. I LOVE MILK. I switched about 2 years ago from 2% to 1%, cant handle skim. I get plenty of carbs and protein from all the milk i drink. If i could i would have a glass of milk with every meal.
ALSO...i cleaned up the diet substantially. NO MORE EATING OUT AT LUNCH, and i have been hitting the cardio in the morning. Already down a half pound on a full stomach. I think i am going to try to cut down to at least 240, currently 249.5. Hoping to GOD that my strenght doesnt go.
