My six year old asked me this morning "So, which are my twi-septs?"
(She is my little mesomorph, practically born with abs...little muscular legs and no bodyfat ...she's the one who will probably be a future competitor in shows)
Now would be a great time to teach her some things she can do. Just little things like leg lifts or something to get her excited about it! Nothing resistance yet. Can you just see that? The two of you laying facing eachother on the floor lifting your legs together?!?! If it happens....I gotta' see a pic!!!!! lol
That's so cute. My little girl 3 1/2 will flex her bicep and say look mommy my big mutsles I stonge. LOL Kids are so adorable. On the plus side I see it as we are instilling in them that physical fitness is important as well as a healthy diet and lifestyle.
I like the fact that see me going ot workout....it tells them that it is normal lol...my parents always did and I think that is why is has come so easy to me....I love it and always have

Same here my parents had a huge home gym and when not in there we were active walking, running, playing ball things like that. I couldn't imagine my life not being active and my kids are like that to. My boys are in sports football, basketball, did do baseball until they started playing football and track. My youngest is going out for the middle school's football team next year. My oldest is already imbedded in the sports scene. My little one love gymnastics and cheerleading (takes that after mommy) so this summer she starts in that. When we go and run laps at the track she can run and run and run I swear she runs the whole track and wants more.
