Here is mine for Summer time.
Sugar-Free Jello
Caffeine-Free Diet-Pepsi
All Whites Egg Whites in the big carton (A lot)
Kraft Fat-Free Shredded Mozzerrella
Instant Apple Cinamon Oatmeal (For 1st PW reall food meal)
Fat-Free Cream Cheese
Low-carb Fajita Shells
Flax Seed Oil
Romaine Lettuce
Low-Carb Caesar Dressing
Low-Carb Skinny Cow Ice Cream Bars (5 net and 12 total, not bad)
That's about it. I eat a lot of chicken at work for free or for half price, so i never buy it at the store.
On my cheat days, well the list could get ugly, it may include ice cream, cheesecake, brownies and so forth. usually i go out and get some bad food at a restaurant or ice cream parlor.
Not very exciting, but hey, neither is the summer diet in general.
