Official JATCA VS. GEORGIE Contest Pics

Some of you know that Georgie will probably not post on this thread. It is disapointing, but alas, it is what it is.
First let me say that i have been a gym rat since I was in high school. The foundation of my build is 17 yrs in the making. I have just recently started my AAS usage. This last cycle would be my third (first being oral only). I am now 35 and finnaly in the best shape of my life. As a child I would pick up old Ironman magazines in my Grandmother's health food store (one of the first in the SanFernando Valley, California). I envisioned to one day have my physique stand the test of the ever critical camera. I have always waited thinking, not yet ...your not ready yet. Well, thanks to EF and all the good bros here, I used this contest to define the time to take that step. This is my first physique photo shoot, I made some mistakes and i have some things too bring up some growing to do, but I have grown alot from this experience. My deepest thanks and gratitude first goes to my Father, who watched over me and guided me as he always does and second to Jenetic - Straight up bro...no way I could have pulled of the conditioning without you...your support was unyeilding and invaluable...you are my bro for life. And the rest of the crew that kept me going ...you kow who you MF are :chomp: thanks...okay here we go, be kind.

Thank you for your kind words. It was truly a pleasure working with you bro. I know you're father is proud of you as we speak.

Congratulations,

Jenetic

As much as you are on here goofing around all the time I had you pegged as some slobby 20% bf guy who eats like dogshit (in otherwords like I do :D).

You look ready to step on stage though :)

Not quite...I made some mistakes, but mistakes are for learning...will have my legs sharper next time and will come in a little fuller. Posing was off and my shorts to big (rookie mistake...mail order  ). Got some serious work to do on my calves and my bicep peak. I am critical of myself...but that is the road that leads to improvement. Anyway, thanks again. :chomp:

JATC69 bro you look fucking great.excellent job much props to you for all you hard work.nothing but respect for you

solid physique and you are actually in contest shape, I didnt expect that. You obviously took this contest very seriously
Its really nice to see someone put up pics, and have them look like they have been training seriously for a long time, that seems pretty rare on these boards.

Jat, way to go dude. The pic you sent me before didn't do you justice bro. So whats next? If you have any local shows anytime soon, get your ass up on the stage man! Big hats off for some serious hard work. Another 2-3lbs on each leg and you're there!

Damn bro, o.k, maybe there is a little room left for ya in this iron game! :)

Serious though bro, your transformation is off the hook!

That self pic you sent me looked good, but I didn't expext ya to be this dialed in such a short period of time. You obviosly busted your @ss, and it really shows bro, you should be very proud of yourself! :)

Hey bro, post or send me your diet and especially your back routine if ya can, your wings looked ready to fly. :)

Sweet Jesuzz! Very impressive bro. Great midsection. Your side tricep pose rules bro. Frame that shit. Looks like your hard work has paid off. Definately agree you are in contest shape.

YOu seem like a friendly dood ... but look like a mean mutha fucka! lol.

Good work bro.
Mavy

Wow thanks for all the positive feedback broly's. As I said this was the first time I had pics done...so for all the shit I talked, I was still very nervous. I am hyper critical of myself (Mr. Dysmorphia raises his ugly head), so of course all I see are flaws. I would be happy to answer any questions I can to help anybody who feels they could benefit from my knowledge (through PM's). The answer to most everyone's question though is gonna be this...you gotta love the discipline. I am a gym rat...have been for a long time and will continue to be. I am taking today off to relax and get some work done and I already miss the gym. I will hit it again tomorow and maybe next year I can say I was a little closer to my minds eye of perfection.
Needsize thank you sir, your comments mean a lot to me. I have always appreciated your physique, your contributions to this board and your encouragement to others.

Mavy...I am a friendly dude, just don't challenge me and then not show up to rumble.

Oh, and that reminds me I am taking suggestions as to Georgie's new avitar.

One thing Georgie, in regards to your comment "looks like you had your diet dialed in"...I have a lot more than my diet dialed in. I hope you learned something from this experience and that you don't walk away empty handed. First and foremost focus on yourself and the improvements you can make in every aspect of your life and second... don't go talkin shit to bros you don't know especially if your not ready to back it up.

Nice work bro. Hell of a transformation. Need to bring up the legs and get your back a bit wider, but definately ready to step on stage.

finaly someone that looks like they work out, and not just talk shit. you look great. congrats on the ass handing.

You know what I see? I see a shit load of HARD work and an extremely determined individual in those pictures. I really like the fact that you showed a hell of alota heart for thanking those that help you reach your goals. Though I don't know you....your a good bro.

It obvious in the pics on the link that you're proud of your accomplishment and you have every reason to be. Nice work

That's means alot to me, thank you Radar. Now will you make sure that Georgie keeps his word on the bet? The agreement was loser gives up control of his avitar for 6 months. Don't let him punk out on that. I only ask you because you seem to have turned into some sort of messenger between him and I. I don't want this to turn into more flamming (he is already burnt to a crisp), but if he doesn't keep at least that end of the bargin...as Billy Joel once said "we didn't start the fire..." :chomp:

FKNUKLHD...thanks you sir, your kind words do not go unoticed.

Honestly JATCA69 I though you was all talk, sorry if I sound rude. Oh boy I am impressed, if I ever be half the decent (well even quarter) as u are then I will be a happy person :) Excellent work.

Awesome work bro...what weight did you start at on the motorcycle and what weight are you at in the professional pics?

Started at around 255 cut up to 220 day of the shoot shot back up to 225 next day. I'm gonna stay in this BF range and build from here. I would like to come in same condition at 235 next year. Started to work towards that today :chomp:

Flat friggin AWESOME bro!!!! You obvisouly worked your ass off. I am sure your father is definately proud and bro you should be proud of yourself as well.

looking awesome Jatca69, side tricep shot is totally money.

I was looking forward to seeing these pics, you definitely did not dissapoint!

Fantastic work. I was shocked as hell when i opened up the first final contest pic. Congratulations.

JATCA, bro your conditioning is spot-on, nugga....

You did an awesome job and you should be proud as should your father and Jenetic.

PROPS!!!!!!

Inspriring work to say the least. Fucking fantastic.

Most inspiring, far and away, is your attitude and obvious dedication.

Cheers to you, m8.

Holy Shit Orb! You came out looking ALOT better than I expected...and I expected you to look solid.

HELL of a job with this contest...I hope everyone can see why Jatca was a little upset when Georgie backed out. He obviously took this seriously and wanted to embarrass someone who called him out. He did his part and looks incredible. It's like he climbed to the top of a mountain and didn't get to enjoy the view from the top. Although, I'm sure everyone knows now that he is the winner (and would have been regardless of whether Georgie showed up or not).

Jatca obviously worked very hard, but I'm gonna have to take most of the credit for his transformation :D

You meant to say 1-1 tie, didn't you? Pedro is about to make the Yankees his personal bitches.

I had to come back just to see the results...glad I did. Good work bro. Hopefully I'll be able to stick around longer than usual this time. :)

Again...hell of a job bro. :chomp:

Ok...good man. You stepped to the plate and I commend you for that. I know it wasn't easy for you to give me my props and probably even harder to throw me some karma (which you did, thank you). This contest was not between you and I, it was and always will be an contest with yourself. I know I came off harsh many times and I apologize but I felt that if you were not gonna push yourself I would push for you. I obviously underestimated the striffe you are going through...I wish you the best. Bottom line, we are part of the EF family...we may fight, we may bitch, we may flame but we learn and we grow. I will send you your new avi soon...it won't be as nice as this post :chomp:  :chomp:

HOLY F*CK
Awesome shape. I'd be the happiest guy in this world with those abs. If you have any advice would be very welcomed..:)

Advice on the abs? Leg raises, hyper extesions (I know it's for your lower back...but I believe they strengthen your whole midsection) and compound exercises (deadlifts, squats) and most important low BF%. :chomp: I don't do alot of crunches but I do work them in occasionally. I work abs everyday as a warmup.

yea his abs are SICK.. i really like the week 4 progression pics for some reason. looks like a friggin cascade of chizzled rock.

jatca im sorry about what i said about your pops the way i said it.

curious as to what your plans are now that your down to 5% bf. maintain?

I appreciate the apology. Very cool of you to say it.

I plan to retire and get myself a pot belly :chomp:

Actually, I will probably settle in around 8-9% and build from there. I might have a chance to do some print work so I want to maintain a low bf% the 5-6% is difficult to maintain but getting there from 8-9% not that hard. :chomp:

This kind of stuff does nothing but positive things for all . Congrats to both for posting all u did. jatca u looked good bro. I have been on stage afew times and have seen many and i mean many people that were way under u bro. U had a nice diet working. Come in a little fuller next time ,. bring up the legs and u will be sick bro. But it is nice to see some friendly competition and everyone took it well. This is the kind of stuff that bodybuilding needs more of. I am sure that there are many rookies out there that looked at this and got inspired Heck probably some vets too. My congrats to both. Keep up the good work .

not to push the subject of constant drug use but i think it would be very beneficial to include some kind of igf or hgh therapy to maintain low body fat and keep cortisol leves down from this cycle you just did. with your results i would def check that route.

Have not used either before but was interested in possibly checking into hgh...I'm about to start pct so we will see. Don't know if I can use hgh while doing pct. Any info on that? I think I can keep my BF% low by continuing to eat clean and keeping up on my cardio...but have been curious about the use of hgh. Any input is appreciated.

hgh/igf has no interference with htpa axis. so further supression is not concerned. people say that just eat clean and lift post cycle but sometimes thats not enough, cortisol will reak havoc and depending on what compounds you ran you might be looking into some down time physiologicly.

Well I have never really had a problem in the past...but you say cortisol will be a problem , huh? Are you sure? Where do you get that from? :chomp:

from my experience. hardcore dieting/gear and hard core training will elevate cortisol post cycle . i dont have actual statistics or cut n pastes but i do know that for me its a fact. when i start doing bloodwork pre and post cycle i will post results from tests. maybe your lucky and wont need a vigorous protocal. but a lil hgh wouldnt hurt imo
