So we all have diffrent goals here some compete some do not. For me something that is very motivating is weekly or bi-weekly progress pics and stats recording them and reporting them to others helps me stay on track. So here is my challange ladies lets get to posting these pics so we can cheer each other on to our goals. Every time you post your progress pics with stats and what you have achieved from the last set of pics I am going to give you 10,000 karma points. I will be weighting myself and doing my body fat tomorrow morning along with taking pictures to post as well. We are all in this game together ladies so lets be sure to support and cheer on another on!

OK ladies I am completely embarrased to post these pictures. I have put on about 20lbs of per fat since my BA :worried:
Stats 5'5 3/4
Weight 193:worried:
Bodyfat 100% kidding yet to but it is higher then it has been in years. Still have to do it.

For refrence point my weight in my avatar was about 173 my short term goal is to get back to there or better before the new year.

You know QT, I was thinking about this myself. Why not have a "Get into better shape BEFORE the holidays" as opposed to "Help me get rid of all the holiday gain". Win/Win situation for everyone I think.

Since I don't competitively lift I want to be able to build my endurance with swimming and aquatics and lean out a bit by cleaning up my diet and seriously cutting down on alcohol consumption. Who knows? Maybe I can get the Old Grump involved! He has high blood pressure and needs to get his sorry old man ass into better shape in general.

Will post up pics.

Kick that Grump in the ass and get his blood pressure down. How will he live when I come to visit and both of us are bikini ready we don't want to kill the old fart it is really for his own safty. ;)

LOLOLOL, this is great, I am a bit of a chubette too, I have put on about 6 kg/14lb/one stone since my last comp.

It is kinda cute chub right now, but it isn't going to be for much longer.

You are awesome SuperQT

OK... I took two sets of pics, one just standing and one a bit flexed. I know my posing sucks because I've been out of the game so long but I wanted to give a bit of comparison for those who don't know how much of an illusion (POSING IS VERY IMPORTANT WHEN COMPETING) bodybuilding/figure/fitness is (meaning illusion is a great component of presentation).

I haven't lifted in months. My workouts consist purely of swimming and aquatic movements. Been going 4 days p/week 30 minute sessions. But have been thinking of mixing it up again by doing some weight-resistance training (quick sessions, compound movements - supersetting/giant setting/full body type (no more than 15 minutes) followed by 20 minutes in the pool.

I am thinking with the better diet this will help me lose that last *little bit* of body fat while strengthening my heart and buidling my endurance.

I will have to work on the grump to get pictures. KYUTE as he is, he is afraid that he will be mobbed by all the internet hotties! :lmao:

You look dam lean still probably may 5-6 lbs of real fat then a little water weight.

I posted these in my journal originally to show how you can change your body composition with added weight. I added some additional ones of my back and legs. As you will see I have legs of a power lifter  Sure wish you could spot reduce! The quality isn't great of the 08 pics - they were taken with my phone or laptop camera - they seem granular. I'm getting ready to take some time off in December from lifting so it will be interesting to see what I look like at the end of December (I'll continue with cardio and my diet will be key). I will be starting DC training in January so I will take pics again after that cycle.

2007, 122lbs
(I lifted but not intensely - I was still dancing tons of hours and eating as I wished)

(Lifting intensely for about a year - if my diet would have been in check all those months these should have been 6 month progress pics!)
