Off days with cutting!!

Tomorrow is an off day for me, and my question is, should I eat the same things I do on training days? Like Protein shakes/Glutamine, and be picky about all the different foods? Like taking in enough fat or anything?

What should my diet look like on an off day??? :confused:
 
Diet should not look different overall, but the calories should be lowered because you are not working out...
