No way to tell for sure, everyone is different. Can also depend on how much water weight you gained. The water weight will disappear, but the muscle shuld stay if you keep your diet clean and high in protein. Lifting heavy will help keep them too.
But it is likely you'll lose some muscle, and likely some strength. The excess water held while on cycle helps keep your strength up, once that is gone (and the AAS is gone) then your strength will come down a little.
