Apparently dietary cholestrol isn't as bigger deal as its made out to be, unless of course you have high cholestrol The problem is more to do with saturated fats (which eggs definately are not), sugars, and a unhealthy lifestyle.
I use that Egg Beaters thing, out of a carton. I'm too asleep (and lazy) in the morning to deal with separating eggs. A carton contains "15 eggs", with 30 calories, no fat, no cholesterol, and 6g protein per "egg". I have 5 "eggs" every morning. Mmmm...
