Oatmeal Recipes

The key to have a good oatmeal is to not overcook it or add too much liquid.

After you cook your oatmeal, spice it up by adding a slice of bananas or a diced of apples ( or you can add both) or any preferable fruits you want to put in. Then sprinkle some crushed granola or cereal then if you like you can top it off with some whip cream, syrup or low fat milk.

This might sound weird but I had learn this recipe by a friend of mine right when your oatmeal is done cooking, put a scoop of peanut butter and stirred right in while is hot.

Another recipe is:

1/2 c. oats, 1 Tbls Splenda, and 1tsp unsweetened cocoa powder.

Enjoy :)

For breakfast EVERY morning I have 3/4 - 1 cup cooked oatmeal and throw in two scoops of vanilla protein power (for sweetness and my protein source) a little bit of milk, and a handful of raisins. mmmmm
