Thought i'd share this with you guys...

I've always have a problem with downing food not only because of my appetite but because of time constraints.

So as of late i've been liquifing my foods (raw eggs, oatmeal).

anyways, i found a great way to get down oatmeal on the go.

8 oz's of water, 1 cup of raw oatmeal, 1 tablespoon of natty peanut butter and 2 packets of splenda.

threw it in the blender for a few and mmmmm. bout 400 cals.

drink that and eat a chicken breast and you got a nice whole food meal

:)

My personal favorite is mixing protein powder w/ oatmeal + ANPB; always comes out good.

What oatmeal do you guys use? Do you have to cook it first? I only found the Quaker Instant brands and I heard Instant oatmeals are bad.

theres 2 kinds of quaker oats....

the instant oatmeal and the 100% old fashioned ones. if you look at them they're completely different texture wise.

just buy the ones that say 100% old fashioned oats.

and its raw, not cooked. tastes great

Instant oats are exactly the same as regular, they are just rolled or milled slightly thinner so they cook quicker.

I have been doing this for years...I did not the the "great one" would also:D

those whole wheat tortias from tortia factory seem good for a snack on the go with pre cooked chicken

or just throw 2 scoops of optimum whey in a water or gatorade
