OAK: Halsey(1-1, 2.28 ERA)

Oakland (17-18) at NY Yankees (20-13) 1:05 pm EDT
BRONX, New York (Ticker) - When you play for the New York Yankees for as long as Bernie Williams has, you eventually rub elbows with some all-time greats.
Williams continues his climb among some franchise statistical leaders Saturday when the Yankees meet the Oakland Athletics in the second contest of a three-game series.
A 16-year veteran, Williams is tied with Hall of Famer Bill Dickey for sixth place in team history with 1,209 RBI and needs one double to match Babe Ruth for third (424).
The Yankees, who have won all 11 daytime contests this season, recorded a 2-0 triumph over Oakland on Friday night. They have captured eight of 11 games overall and have taken eight of the last 10 home encounters against the A's.
Jaret Wright (0-2, 5.63 ERA) makes his first start against Oakland since July 29, 2002. He did not get a decision against Tampa Bay on May 3 after giving up two runs and three hits in six innings.
The Athletics counter with Brad Halsey (1-1, 2.28), who went 1-3 with the Yankees two years ago. In his second start after nine relief appearances in April, he allowed three runs and eight hits in 5 2/3 innings of Sunday's loss to the Devil Rays.
