Nutritionally Retarded (cross posted as per advice)

I think this site has some good advice:

http://www.stumptuous.com/weights.html

Click on "Eating", then "Dieting 101"

In "part 4: ok, so what the hell am i supposed to eat?" there's the cool "Krista's Kalorietastic Komestible Konfabulator" that lists 3 columns
column A - protein
column B - carbs
column C - fat
and to plan a meal, you pick one item from each column. It's easy and pretty much how I plan my meals.

Here's the actual thread (for those who have a bad connection):

I've been eating disordered for most of my life. Food was an enemy for a long time...

I'm trying very hard to get back into healthy eating patterns.

My goal is to lose body fat (which is pretty high at the moment, like 21%) and to gain muscle (but not look like HULK WOMAN).

I've seen a nutritionist and they just don't understand what I'm trying to do. I guess they don't "deal" with potential body builders.

So what is my best bet to lost body fat and increase muscle?

I'm 25. A mother of one (with the hopes of having more) and I'm not looking to be in competitions or anything... I just want to look good naked!

I'm on a 3 day cycle with weights (day 1 legs, day 2 chest, shoulders and tris, day 3 back and arms) and I run about an hour every day.

I hope this is enough information. There are so many diets on here, but I can't figure out which would be the best for me.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated (karma-wise).

Hey!
Me again! Since I know you and your situation, the only thing I would like to add before you get some advice from the experts is that I think you need to pick a balanced diet. Nothing too extreme because I know from experience that can trigger the old eating patterns to come back. I look over at Stumpuous and that seems to be a great program! :D

Good Luck!
