Bros,
My sister is going to bike across america for 14 weeks this summer. Along the way, her and other volunteers will build habitat homes (Pretty Awesome in my opinion).
Anyways, she is 5'11" and relatively lean, however, she wants to be in the best shape of her life when she reaches the other side of the US. I am trying to help her with a nutrition plan for her trip.
The problem is, volunteers will feed them food along the way. I'm sure pretty much anything (pizza, pasta, et) will be offered and she might not have many other options. She is obviously going to need a lot of energy/food every day.
I am pretty knowledgable when it comes to cutting, but this is a tough situation considering her food choices might be severly limited.
Please give me your thoughts.
