HEre it goes... I got tired of eating tuna after 1.5 yrs and now it won't go down.. SO fuck Tuna... I go to work for 8 hours a day and i need something to eat and that is healthy and beneficial to my diet. I need to lose 10lbs and gain my muscle back.
I am taking to work like 3 myoplex lite bars to work and i eat it throughout the 8 hours... WHat do you think??? It has 190cals, so; 190*3=570 cals through out the 8 hours. Maybe i will buy something there which is another 200. S 770cals in a 8 hours period.
IS this good???? Or should i find another source of food to eat at work that doesn't require heating up....

it depends on your caloric needs throught the day if it fits in with your caloric needs than yes its fine just look for low carb bars

my personal opinion is have at least 2 bars a day to keep sanity i kno it helps me and the eating a whole bag of veggies in one meal w/o ne protein fat or carbs? Not a good idea try the elite bars tast so good no hydrogenated oil

Or make ur own bars. there's plenty of recipes out there.

Also you could just do what i used to do at uni. I'd take a bottle of water and an empty shaker with some protein powder in it and then mix it together and drink it. It was easy and convenient.
