Men's, Women's, Master's and Teen divisions. Weigh-in begins at 8 a.m. meet day, early weigh-in
Saturday, Nov. 22nd 2-4 p.m. at Sylvania PowerHouse Gym, 3350 N. Holland Sylvania Rd.
Mandatory rules briefing at 9 a.m. Lifting begins at 10 a.m. Entry fee is $45 for one event,
$60 for both. Late fee of $10 applies to entries 11/22-23. Check/cash/credit cards accepted.
3 Women's weight classes: Light, Middle and Heavy.
Men's Divisions: 114, 123, 132, 148, 165, 181, 198, 220, 242, 275, 308, SHW.
Volunteers are needed for spotter/loaders, expediters, announcer and other positions.
