Novadex? good for me to give my girlfriend?

I would say a clean diet & training program will 'cut her up' ...

I'm sure there would be sides ...

What is she trying to achieve?

Where is she starting from? What does she look like now?

How is her current diet & training? Specifically (not looking for Training Good & Diet clean .. the ladies may need more details to help you)

Bad idea. Women need estrogen and nolva is not a cutting drug, it's an anti-estrogen. You're better off getting her some cutting supps. SesaPure/Glucorell/Levorex or go hard core with Thermorexin/Levorex.

Sure it is a good idea - if you want to make your GF feel like she is going through early menopause.

Like Ulter said - it is an anti-estrogen, not a fat burner or a cutting drug. While Nolva might help someone PRE-CONTEST (who is already sub 10%BF and lean), it is not going to help an "average" female. Even a pretty lean female.

Stay away from it ....... have a good clean diet in place and some smart training. Maybe add an Ana Fit product - that will help more than putting her on some drug.

Not unless she is competing and really close to a show even then the result from Novla are very small. Plus the reboun oy not to mention the first week on it. I did it for contest prep the first week I was pretty much an emotional wreck.
