Burning out. Thats why I am sticking to my training cycle!!
Here are the details (first number sets; second number reps)
1. EZ Bar Curls - 4 x 10 @ 70lbs
2. Reverse Barbell Wrist Curls - 4 x 10 @ 60lbs
3. Donkey Toe Raises - 200lbs x 30, 300lbs x 25, 400lbs x 20, 500lbs x 15
4. Speed Squats - 10 x 2 @ 225lbs
5. Leg Presses - 2 x 10 @ 8 plates per side
6. Lying Leg Curls - 2 x 10 @ 100lbs
7. Hyperextensions - 2 x 25 @ bodyweight
Thats it!! Took only 45 minutes.
Overall, the workout was rather fast pace.
Next training session is on Monday or Tuesday.
