not really a soup

[can i drink winny?]

heres a recipe that i use often while cutting.
1 can of diced tomatoes
1 large onion diced
1/2 teaspoon cayan pepper powder
1/2 clove garlic chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt

boil on high, when everything gets soft, pour into a bowl and enjoy. its sort of like soup. warning: has a diuretic effect for a lot of people.

That sounds really good. add chicken and okra and it would be kind of like gumbo! Yum!

Add some cut up beef chunks and a bag of mixed veg, and a can of low fat beef broth -
