Ok someplease help me with my routine. I have recently hit a flat spot in my training which I cant seem to break. Have not switched up my routine in around 3 months or so.

Monday-Front laterals (3 sets of 10) 50lbs db
Bent over side laterals (3 sets of 10) 45lbs db
Behind the neck pressBB (3 sets of 10) 155bb
DB press ( 3 sets of 10) 70lbs db
one arm side laterals (3 sets of 10) 35lbs
one arm Db press (3 sets of 10) 65lbs db
Strait bar curl ( 3 sets of 10) 80lbs bb
alternating db curls ( 3 sets of 10) 45 lbs db

Wednesday-Bench press (3 sets of 10) 225 lbs bb
Incline Db press ( 3sets of 10) 75 lbs db
Incline Db fli ( 3 sets of 10) 55 lbs db
Pec Dec fli superset w/ machine press
close grip bench press (3 sets of 10) 185lbs bb
tricep pull down ( 3 sets of 10) 100 lbs
tricep kickback ( 3 sets of 10) 30 lbs

Friday-same shoulder routine as monday
no biceps
strait leg deads with 225 (3 sets 10)


My shoulders seem to grow every time I lift by my tris, bis, and chest all look small compared with everything else. Please give your oppions

are you in a wheelchair????

because I don't see any leg or back work, stiff legged deads don't count if that is all you do, why no squats, lat pull, chin ups anything????

I think anyone would agree with me when I say

holy shit, dude, what's with all the deltoid work? You're basically neglecting the major body parts and training the small ones. I would recommend adding some squats, deadlifts, bent over rows, and chinups to that routine, and cutting the shoulder work down to about 10 sets a week.
 
thanks for the replies, going to incorperate squats into the program next week. Cant help but love all the shoulder work though, nothing looks better to me than broad massive shoulders.
 
....but nothing looks worse than chicken legs and a back flatter than road-kill
