Behind the neck pressBB (3 sets of 10) 155bb
DB press ( 3 sets of 10) 70lbs db
one arm side laterals (3 sets of 10) 35lbs
one arm Db press (3 sets of 10) 65lbs db
Strait bar curl ( 3 sets of 10) 80lbs bb
alternating db curls ( 3 sets of 10) 45 lbs db
Wednesday-Bench press (3 sets of 10) 225 lbs bb
Incline Db press ( 3sets of 10) 75 lbs db
Incline Db fli ( 3 sets of 10) 55 lbs db
Pec Dec fli superset w/ machine press
close grip bench press (3 sets of 10) 185lbs bb
tricep pull down ( 3 sets of 10) 100 lbs
tricep kickback ( 3 sets of 10) 30 lbs
Friday-same shoulder routine as monday
no biceps
strait leg deads with 225 (3 sets 10)
My shoulders seem to grow every time I lift by my tris, bis, and chest all look small compared with everything else. Please give your oppions
