145 pounds.
I’ve weight trained a few times I have a buddy who gets me in as a guest but not very often
anyway I’m mostly an endurance guy and I like to do a lot of jogging after work
also I’m into hiking and mountain climbing and that sort of thing
would GW + SR work best for me?
