Nolvadex pct question

I'm taking liquid nolvadex can anyone tell me why in the vial there's a lot of powder when cold an if I put it near a heater it goes away almost instantly. I just finished my first cycle I made a lot of gains. If you have any info on what dosages I should take that'd be cool also. Thanks
