running test E 500 mg/wk w d-bol 50 mg/day and proviron 50 mg/day for gyno. cant take nolva. is there something else that works if i get gyno symptoms

yes mate, there certainly is. believe me, old habits die hard, thats the only reason people still use nolva for on cycle oestrogen control. its far from suitable for this purpose. your best bet is arimidex, start at .5mg e3d at the first signs of oestrogen related sides. adex actually stops the testosterone aromatising into oestrogen in the first place, as opposed to nolva, which just competes for the receptor site, leaving all the oestrogen bouncing around in your system waiting to rebound.

i hear a lot of people (swole, mainly) talking about aromasin, saying its even better than adex, but i havent used it myself.

isnt that what the proviron does? should i use both

proviron is weak as far as anti e's go for some it may be ok but not me,, nolva and adex are two different compounds that serve two different functions for any test cycle you want to have adex or aromasin and nolva on hand but the nolva is only for if signs of gyno show up and pct. read up on what they both do as too long to post it all and its been posted a kazillion times

i havent used proviron either, and do not know much about the drug. i think it binds to the aromatase enzyme, preventing testosterone form doing so. i cant suggest you run it on cycle, as i have never done so myself, but i do know a lot of guys who do, and they sing its praises. however, it should not be looked at as your on cycle oestrogen control. by all means run it, but make sure you have some adex handy for if it goes "tits up" (excuse the pun, i couldnt help myself)
