I am doing 500mgs a week of sust. all I can get my hands on is nolva so can I use the nolva during my cycle to prevent gyno and also use it for pct after my cycle? how much a day during cycle or should I wait for symptoms before taking since only doing 500mgs a week? any help would be appreciated.

You might just want to keep the nolva on hand in case you see signs of gyno. If you get lumps or itchy nips, take 40mg nolva/day.

For PCT try 40mg/day for 3 weeks.

yes you can run nolva during cycle and for pct, as far as waiting for symptoms b4 taking, if you have gyno from puberty, definitly take during, imo you dont need it with 500mgs per week, only iif nips get sore or itchy,but if you are really nervous, try running adex and 20 mg nolva ed... also many may say you dont need it,but just look into hcg for pct as well.

go with nolva during your cycle...20mg/ed...start after 2nd week...

No need for the nolva unless you have sgins of gyno or prone to it. Just save it for PCT, but it won't hurt anything to take it both during and ater cycle
