No2 & Side Effects for Women

Hi all, a friend keeps recommending No2 to me & he swears by it. I did a search on this site & on the net, to see if I could find any side effects for women. I didn't really come up with much info.

Have any of you girls taken it & if so, did you like the results? Any side effects for women with No2? I'm going to be starting creatine soon & was wondering how you would throw this into the mix. with creatine. Is there a particular brand that is exceptional? Thanks!

Hi Danielle I always take AMP02 preworkout. I love it! I know everyone is different and react diff to things, but you should not have any side effects. The only problem you should have is feeling too pumped. I take mine with stim too. There are some days when I am just not feeling it, and I pop my pills and I end up having a killer workout. I think NO2 products are definitely great to use and help a lot.

Phoenixs, thanks for the feedback! I checked out amp02 & it looks great, except the fact that it claims it burns a lot of fat during a workout. I am actually trying to bulk up a bit, so I can't afford to lose any fat at the moment. Are there any No2 products that aren't designed to burn fat by any chance?

I have used N02 prodcts there is no side effects from it depending on the N02 poduct no effects at alll.

I tried NO Shot Gun it did give me pumps but also gave me the runs.

I have tried some free stuff from muscletech got nothing off it.

I feel all the NO2 products are of really limited value for muscle building. You get great pumps....for a while. Ultimately they all fizzle out and you end up at baseline again, with pretty much the same energy level you had before ever starting them.

For powerlifting and strongman, they are probably great if cycled for a comp, but for a BB'er? Eh.

see how you react to it. i love amp. but everyones body is different.
no runs or anything, just a niacin flush at worst but it can be cured by simple sugar.
