I bought some Flaxseed powder at the vitamin shoppe called (Vita-Flax)
its just ground up flaxseeds (defatted slightly)
1 tablespoon =
35 calories
1 gram fat
3.5 g carbs
3.0 g fiber
3.5 g protein
The Meal:
1/2 cup Vita-Flax (8 servings) = 280 calories
2 scoops ON ProComplex chocolate 260 cals
2 cups FF Milk 160 calories
mix the dry in a bowl then add 2 cups of milk.....it gets thick like oatmeal and if you add cinnamin and slenda it tastes amazingly good.
