needed a little help on what to take and when
it is not like i really needed it but wanted to know what you other guys thought

just started cycle and i have sustanon deca and some sten wanted to know how others would take it

10cc bottle deca
about 10 amps sust
about 6 2cc sten amps

first week i took 1cc deca on monday and on wednesday i took 1 cc sustanon

Why would you buy it if you didn't know what you where going to do with it?

Anyway, here:

sust- 2cc for 2 weeks, then 1 cc 'till finished
deca- the same
sten- throw out

Well, since you let me know that you don't need the help, I'm not going to waste my valued time answering your post. There are other posts besides yours, bro. You can't expect someone to answer a question like this that has no point within the first 5 minutes that you post it. If someone is very bored and doesn't have anyother posts to answer, then a question like yours may be addressed.

see man!!! thats what happens when you come off the wrong way. chill out and maybe you will get some help. first of all, nobody can tell you what to take. you gotta decide that on your own. if your not sure, then your not ready. second, you need to know what you want to gain or what are your goals. next, you said you have deca and sust. well.........what kind of deca? is it 100mg, 50mg, 200mg? you gotta tell us these things. im not trying to be an asshole but just giving you some advice.
